Thank you, Selva Mágica

Selva Mágica Servicios Compartidos para el Entretenimiento, S.A. de C.V. (SECOEN), the company operating Selva Mágica, announces the closure of the park. This decision is part of a global restructuring of the group to which it belongs.

We do so with immense gratitude. For decades, we had the privilege of being part of the lives of several generations of families in Guadalajara. We were the place where many experienced their first roller coaster ride, where shared laughter was captured in photographs that still have a place in the living rooms of countless homes today. Being part of those memories has been Selva Mágica’s greatest achievement.

It is important to clarify that Selva Mágica belongs to an independent company and is separate from Zoológico Guadalajara, to which we are deeply grateful for the support it provided to the park since its beginnings and for the assistance extended throughout our history.

To our employees, we thank you for your dedication and affection for this place. We are closing our doors having fully honored each and every one of our commitments to them. Without a doubt, they were the most valuable part of Selva Mágica.

We say goodbye with the pride of having been, for so many years, a place of joy for the children of this city and an iconic tourism landmark in Mexico.

Thank you to every visitor, every family, and every employee who made Selva Mágica possible.
