Dolphin Connection receives American Humane Certification

We are very proud to share with you that Dolphin Connection, our habitat for interacting with dolphins located in Florida Key, United States, obtained the American Humane Certified seal that American Humane grants to those institutions that it considers guarantee well-being and provide exceptional treatment to the animals under their care.

American Humane is the largest certifier of animal welfare practices in the world and to provide this seal to institutions, it carries out exhaustive inspections that evaluate important aspects of the specimens such as their health status, the conditions of their habitat, the interactions they have within their social groups and between animals and caregivers, prevention and management of medical or operational emergencies, among many aspects necessary for their well-being.

We are very happy to have accredited the well-being of our animals, this certification recognizes the efforts of our Specialists and Veterinarians to keep our animals in optimal physical and mental health conditions and guarantees to our visitors that the educational experiences they will have meet the most high standards of animal care.
