Today the cycle of conferences and workshops in commemoration of Dolphin Day was held at the Ka’Yok planetarium in Cancun, which was attended by more than 300 boys, girls, adolescents, and adults from more than five different schools and general public.
The event lasted approximately five hours; during this time, attendees were able to enjoy a series of conferences and workshops that provided interesting information about dolphins and the environment in which they thrive, with the aim of motivating them to take care of it and its environment by performing specific actions.
The entire event was completely inclusive, the different schools of boys and girls with visual and hearing disabilities were received, who were able to attend the conferences, workshops and additional activities through sign interpreters and Braille material. We will continue to carry out inclusive educational events that guide the members of our society to take care of the environment and the species that inhabit it.
