We are very happy to announce that for the seventh consecutive year, we will commemorate International Manatee Day with various activities to raise awareness among children, adolescents and adults in the State of Quintana Roo about the importance of caring for the species.
The manatee is an endangered species that has lived in our habitats of Isla Mujeres, Puerto Aventuras and Cozumel for several years with the firm objective of preserving the species. Thanks to our Miracle Reproduction Program, we have managed to preserve the species through the birth of several manatee babies. In addition, thanks to the fact that our visitors have the opportunity to meet the manatee and live with it, they achieve a greater understanding about its care. and that of their habitat, also inspiring others around them to do so.
