5 decades ago, Gulf World opened its doors on Panama City Beach as a marine park featuring diverse species for people to have the opportunity of getting closer to nature. On its 50th anniversary, Gulf World reopened its doors after a temporarily closure due to the health contingency and received guests of all ages with great satisfaction to create lifetime experiences again.
Nowadays, Gulf World is a referent on animal rescue, conservation of species and environmental education, thus becoming a Florida family favorite to meet marine and land species as it offers interactions with dolphins, penguins, sea lions, seals, stingrays, birds and snakes, among others. It also offers other animal exhibits and educational presentations.
Congratulations to Gulf World for 50 years of transforming visitors on environmental stewards!
