Dolphin Discovery Commemorates for the 6th Consecutive Year the ‘International Manatee Day’

Cancun, Quintana Roo on September 2^nd, 2021.- Dolphin Discovery, a proud member of The Dolphin Company family, announced at a press conference that it will commemorate the ‘International Manatee Day’ for the 6^th consecutive year with a week of conferences, trivia, videos, among other activities, that help raise awareness about the importance of preserving this endangered species.

On September 7^th, ‘International Manatee Day’ is commemorated, and The Dolphin Company, as a Socially Responsible Company, carries out educational and fun activities that positively contribute to the awareness of the population about the conservation of the manatee, a robust and noble herbivore marine mammal that lives in shallow waters.

“The ‘Manatee Week’ is an event that excites us a lot. It is very important for us to make this wonderful species known to the public, we want you to fall in love with it and participate as an ambassador to promote its conservation. During the conference on September 10^th, they will have the participation of specialists on the subject of manatees such as Silvia Becerra from the Association of Marine Mammal Specialists (ADEMM), Tomás Sánchez from the Institute of Biodiversity and Protected Natural Areas (IBANQROO ), MVZ Roberto Sánchez from The Dolphin Company and Luis Soto from the Guadalajara Zoo.
