Acquajoss, one of The Dolphin Company family’s water parks in Italy, celebrated its 30th anniversary with the inauguration of ‘Maxi Boomerang’, a slide designed to provide hours of fun for all its visitors.
In the presence of Dr. Stefano Bonaccini, President of the Emilia Romagna Region, Paula Pula, Mayor of Conselice and Paolo Zavoli, Honorary Consul of Mexico in Bologna, Acquajoss inaugurated the new ‘Maxi Boomerang’ slide. Those who attended the park on the day of the celebration, enjoyed for the first time the surprising slide of 18 meters high and 100 meters long that allows reaching a speed of 70 m/h, in a safe way and following the measures of health regulations stipulated by the authorities and The Dolphin Company‘s comprehensive Dolphin Cares program.
“We are sure that this new attraction will awaken the interest of children, adolescents and adults who enjoy the activities that characterize Acquajoss; it is a park that offers exciting, fun and safe experiences for all members of the family”, said Renato Lenzi, Executive Director of Europe at The Dolphin Company.
During these thirty years, Acquajoss has become one of the most popular parks in the Emilia Romagna region in Italy, welcoming almost 3 million visitors of all ages who have enjoyed the slides, pools, lagoon and lazy river that the park has to offer in its more than 40,000 square meters of extension.
As part of its anniversary celebration, Acquajoss will offer two promotions during the month of August:
- Free entry for children 1.30 meters high
- Annual pass for a cost of 150 euros
Both buying online through the portal www.acquajoss.it
Acquajoss has been part of the activities offered by The Dolphin Company family since 2019 and was its third acquisition on the European continent, preceded by Zoomarine in Torvaianica and Aquafelix in Civitaveccia, both also in Italy.
