Since 2021, The Dolphin Company added to its organizational culture a weekly activity for associates and audiences to remind themselves of what they are grateful for.
Gratitude is extremely powerful and benefic and at The Dolphin Company we consider wellness as key to development. Every week we post on our social media #GratitudeTuesday, involving and inspiring our visitors and our people and their families to participate.
