Terms and Conditions for Reservations with Dolphin Discovery
We understand you may need to change your travel plans due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19). At the Dolphin Company, we are committed to helping you to reschedule your experience, giving you all the necessary support.
- If your experience is scheduled before April 30th, we can help you to reschedule for any date until December 31st, 2020,. orr you can keep your reservation open while you choose a date.
- In the event of cancellation, we will give you an electronic credit that you can use in any of our dolphin habitats or parks on any date you choose up to a period of 3 years
- In any case we will honor the same preferential rate and/or confirmed promotion without any extra charge or penalties.
If your experience is scheduled for May 1st, 2020, and beyond, we kindly ask to contact our call center at least 7 days before your activity to know the applied policy.
