Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana Receives AZA Accreditation Once Again

At The Dolphin Company, we proudly celebrate the recent reaccreditation of our Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana habitat by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), granted last month. This important recognition confirms, once again, that we meet the highest international standards in animal welfare, safety, education, and conservation.

The reaccreditation is the result of a rigorous evaluation process that included a thorough on-site inspection conducted by an independent team of trained zoo and aquarium professionals. This review assesses all aspects of facility operations, including animal welfare, veterinary care, staff training, visitor and animal safety, and educational programs.
