Our Miami Seaquarium park, located near downtown Miami, reintegrated a sea turtle and a manatee this month after having rehabilitated them at their facilities with the support of our specialists and veterinarians.
The green sea turtle was weak and in poor condition, so they took it to the park to carry out the pertinent studies and provide it with the necessary medicine, while the manatee was found orphaned almost two years ago near Jensen Beach, with signs of stress due to cold and even a shark bite.
Our team of professionals is committed to all species of animals and sometimes spends 24 hours a day monitoring species that require special care due to some health issue, so that they are eligible for reintegration into the wild.
