This year, our Zoomarine multi-experience park decided to give life to a series of important solidarity missions by implementing special events on April 9 and 10. On April 9, we received the visit of the regional Bishop along with 65 Ukrainian children; likewise, with the help of civil protection, we recognized the work of the Pomezia Ayuda association, who collaborated with us in donating food during confinement, helping more than 250 low-income families in the area.
In such a difficult historical period, we decided to break the language barriers and spread messages of peace, love and brotherhood in the universal language, music. This through the solidarity project “A pending choral dove”, with which we bring together numerous choirs and artists to “fly” together and transmit hope. Likewise, in collaboration with City Angels, we activated a collection center for visitors to donate school supplies, personal hygiene and pet accessories, which will be delivered to Ukrainian families that we have welcomed.
On April 10 we had incredible performances from different musical choirs and special guests who helped to successfully broadcast our educational courses. The young protagonists of the television series “Kids Vet Academy” told us about their experience and provided valuable suggestions on caring for the environment and animals. At the end of the day, we involve all the attendees and artists in the creation of a work that everyone can be proud authors of transmitting a message of love for others.
We are a park where families can share emotions linked to moments of fun, play and affection. In addition to providing experiences to our visitors through attractions and shows, it is important for us to transmit educational messages that highlight the importance of helping others.
