Within the framework of World Tourism Day, Aquaventuras Park, our water park located in Vallarta, Nayarit, received 15 low-income boys and girls with different disabilities, who attended from Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas in the company of their family and friends to enjoy an interaction with Dolphins at Dolphin Discovery.
World Tourism Day is a date that is commemorated each year with the aim of raising awareness about the important role it plays in this industry. And under this year’s motto, “Tourism for Inclusive Growth”, Aquaventuras Park in conjunction with the Public Trust for Tourism Promotion and Advertising of Puerto Vallarta and the NETWORK of Altruistic Associations of Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas A.C., wanted to put the example in the inclusion of people with disabilities.
For us it is important to sensitize people about the adversities that children, adolescents and adults with disabilities face, as a company, it is our responsibility to empathize with them and create attractions in which access is easy for them too, only in this way will we be able to create a more inclusive and united society.
