La propuesta presentada por Delphinus fue considerada por la administraci\u00f3n actual como la oferta que, con base en la informaci\u00f3n disponible al momento de su evaluaci\u00f3n, reun\u00eda las mejores condiciones generales para ser sometida a la consideraci\u00f3n de la Corte. En particular, la Compa\u00f1\u00eda considera que Delphinus cuenta con capacidades \u00fanicas para asumir la responsabilidad cr\u00edtica del cuidado de los m\u00e1s de 100 animales que habitan en los parques de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda en M\u00e9xico, y que la transferencia propuesta resultar\u00e1 factible para las diversas autoridades regulatorias mexicanas encargadas de supervisar a los animales ubicados en dichos parques.
