Este ranking es realizado por la <strong>Revista Expansi\u00f3n<\/strong> para evaluar la cultura y el clima organizacional de las compa\u00f1\u00edas participantes.<\/p>\n<p>El ranking <strong>S\u00faper Empresas<\/strong> est\u00e1 basado en la opini\u00f3n de los propios colaboradores de las empresas participantes. Mediante un cuestionario an\u00f3nimo y en l\u00ednea, avalado por PWC, los asociados califican aspectos del clima organizacional como: condiciones de trabajo, compensaciones y seguridad laboral.
